While decrying the racist behavior that some steampunk fans display, Jha claimed that steampunk was not an escape but a subculture — and that middle-class white people don't need any sort of escapism because their lives are all so wonderful. (Bonus: Her unironic use of the word "Jewess.")

Nearly a month later, Jha was briefly mentioned [[http://fail-fandomanon.livejournal.com/37641.html?thread=170143497#t170143497|in this thread]], about steampunk-writing SJWs in general.
